UI/UX Designer - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to help train AI models. You will evaluate AI‑generated designs, provide detailed feedback, and guide the models toward better aesthetic, usability, and creative quality. Your work will directly influence how future AI tools assist designers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and critique AI‑generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visual assets.
• Assess the correctness, performance, and aesthetic quality of AI outputs.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model understanding of visual hierarchy and user‑centered design.
• Collaborate on design‑specific AI training projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and presentation assets.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design.
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow.
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Must reside in Canada and be available as an independent contractor.
