Truck Drivers Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Truck Drivers Supervisor to lead a team of 5‑10 drivers and support staff in Milton, ON. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and driving productivity improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare production and other reports and recommend measures to improve work methods.
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Supervise workers and projects, coordinate and schedule activities, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Coordinate repairs and rentals, and requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
• Train staff or arrange for training to enhance team capabilities.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation (high school) with 1‑2 years of experience in trucking.
• Ability to work under pressure, flexible, organized and a strong team player.
• Supervision of 5‑10 personnel.
