About the role
GG Freightlines Inc is seeking a reliable truck driver to transport goods across the region. You will be responsible for safely operating straight and articulated trucks while ensuring timely deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload goods and secure cargo for transport.
- Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to move materials.
- Inspect vehicle condition, including tires, lights, brakes, and cold‑storage equipment before, during and after trips.
- Perform preventive maintenance and record mileage, fuel consumption, and hours of service.
- Communicate with central dispatch and relay cargo information.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of truck driving experience.
Required skills
- Operate straight trucks.
- Operate articulated trucks.
- Perform vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance.
