Truck Driver – Full‑time Permanent Position

About the role

We are looking for a professional truck driver to transport goods safely across routes while providing excellent customer service. The position is full‑time, permanent and based out of Fort St. John, BC.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, handle heavy loads up to 23 kg.
• Perform pre‑trip, en‑route and post‑trip inspections, including tires, lights, brakes and cold‑storage equipment.
• Conduct brake adjustments, emergency roadside repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Transport and handle dangerous goods in compliance with regulations.
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.
• Communicate with central dispatch and complete required documentation such as driver logbooks and incident reports.

Required profile

• Efficient interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Reliability, strong judgement and ability to work independently.
• Organized, hardworking and patient team player.
