Truck Driver – Flatbed & Refrigerated

About the role

We are seeking an experienced truck driver to join our team in Hannon, ON. The role involves operating various truck types, transporting goods safely, and collaborating with a partner driver or convoy.

Key responsibilities

• Drive straight, articulated, flatbed, refrigerated and tractor‑trailer trucks as part of a two‑person team or convoy.
• Perform pre‑trip, en‑route and post‑trip inspections, brake adjustments and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect vehicle components such as tires, lights, brakes and cold‑storage equipment.
• Record cargo details, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.
• Coach colleagues on new methods, tarp cargo securely and handle dangerous goods.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid AZ class licence and clean driving record.
• Attention to detail and ability to work physically demanding shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, reliable and a team player.
