Tour Guide Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Tour Guide Supervisor to lead a team of guides in an outdoor, extremely cold environment. You will coordinate activities, ensure safety, and deliver high‑quality experiences for guests, especially those with special needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with other departments and establish work schedules and procedures.
• Perform the same duties as the guides you supervise while overseeing daily operations.
• Prepare and submit reports, resolve work problems, and recommend improvements for productivity and product quality.
• Assist clients and guests with special needs, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Requisition materials and supplies, and administer first‑aid and other assistance as required.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English with additional Mandarin or Cantonese language skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in extremely cold conditions.
• Strong client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, and leadership qualities.

Required skills

• First Aid certification.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s licence.
