Tour Guide – Outdoor Urban & Rural Tours

About the role
The Tour Guide will lead groups through a variety of urban, rural and remote locations, providing engaging commentary on points of interest, museums, heritage sites and theme parks. This fast‑paced, on‑the‑road position requires excellent customer service and the ability to handle logistics and unexpected issues.
Key responsibilities
- Confirm transportation and accommodation reservations for guests.
- Co‑ordinate recreation activities and oversee luggage transfers.
- Conduct guided tours of museums, galleries, historical sites and theme parks, answering questions and providing detailed information.
- Assist clients with special needs, check‑in procedures and resolve itinerary problems.
- Collaborate with local guides, performance groups and ensure safety compliance.
Required profile
- Client‑focused, dependable and organized.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
Required skills
- Local Tour Guide Certification.
- First Aid Certificate.
