Tool Technician – Completion Tools

About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join Halliburton’s Completion Tools team as Tool Technicians. The role involves maintaining and servicing down‑hole tools and related equipment, supporting safe and efficient oil‑field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on down‑hole tools, surface equipment, and other production equipment under supervision.
• Assemble and disassemble down‑hole tools and related equipment.
• Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to environmental procedures.

Required profile

• Legal authorization to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Basic reading, writing and computer proficiency.
• Ability to communicate effectively and, if required, hold a commercial vehicle driving licence.
