About the role
We are looking for a motivated Tile Setter to join our team in Edmonton. You will work on residential and commercial projects, preparing surfaces and installing a variety of tile materials with precision and care.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, measure and mark surfaces to be covered.
- Mix, apply and spread mortar, cement, mastic, glue or other adhesives using a hand trowel.
- Set tiles in place, apply pressure to affix them, and align and straighten tiles.
- Cut and fit tiles around obstacles using hand and power cutting tools.
- Pack grout into joints, remove excess grout, and replace cracked or damaged tiles.
- Cut, surface, polish and install marble and granite.
- Mix, lay and polish terra surfaces.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of tile‑setting experience.
