Temporary Call Center Universal Agent – Remote (Canada)

About the role

The Temporary Call Center Universal Agent is the first point of contact for Carter’s customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat. This fully remote position supports families with young children and offers the possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and resolve customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and sales techniques to enhance each interaction.
• Escalate complex issues to management or senior agents when necessary.
• Utilize provided technology tools to document interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and stay current with product knowledge.
• Educate customers on Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh, Skip*Hop, and Little Planet products to drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Schedule and manage follow‑ups in accordance with contact‑center guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of all customer data.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, adhere to a schedule that includes weekends and holidays, and perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Residency in Canada.
