Technology Strategy & Transformation Senior Manager

About the role

Accenture's Technology Strategy team advises clients on technology-led business strategies, helping them turn technology into a competitive advantage. This Senior Manager role leads short, high-impact strategies for client senior teams, coaches up-and-coming leaders and manages delivery across transformation domains. It is open to multiple locations, including Toronto and Montreal.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day leadership on short, high-impact strategies for client senior teams (SVP to C-suite)
• Manage and oversee the practices, processes, toolsets and operations for one or more transformation domains, owning delivery end-to-end
• Oversee diverse delivery teams and manage client relationships with mid-level clients
• Drive new sales opportunities with Managing Director Support and build long-term client roadmaps for digital, IT or cloud strategy
• Earn the trust of senior leaders and partner with them on strategic solutions
• Create content and take part in professional forums to strengthen the Technology Strategy practice as a thought leader
• Mentor junior team members and lead projects delivering business technology strategy solutions
• Develop and implement new strategic frameworks and apply financial services expertise, including cloud/data migration, transformation management and agile project leadership

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm
• Minimum 5 years in at least two of: Cloud Transformation, Industry & New Technology, Technology ROI/Cost Take Out, Operating Model, Modern Architecture, Data-Driven Enterprise
• Minimum 5 years writing business cases and leading or managing large teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to travel and work in Canada; English required
• Bonus points: MBA or equivalent, broad technology knowledge, team-building, project management, budgeting and forecasting, and end-to-end project delivery
