Technical Support Specialist – Wholesale Trade

About the role
The Technical Support Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for wholesale trade customers, ensuring they receive expert guidance on equipment installation, usage, and maintenance. This full‑time, permanent position supports clients from initial consultation through post‑sale service.
Key responsibilities
- Estimate costs for installing equipment and prepare sales contracts.
- Identify and solicit potential clients, assessing their needs and resources.
- Recommend appropriate goods or services and provide input into product design when customization is required.
- Deliver presentations on product benefits and train customers’ staff on operation and maintenance.
- Offer ongoing post‑sale support and consult with clients to resolve issues.
- Supervise a team of 3‑4 technical sales specialists.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
- Ability to supervise a small team.
