Technical Sales Specialist

About the role

The Technical Sales Specialist will drive revenue by promoting Hugel’s products and services to both existing and prospective clients in the Toronto market. You will act as a trusted advisor, assessing client needs and delivering tailored solutions while ensuring a high level of post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and administer sales contracts and related documentation.
• Promote products and services to existing and potential clients, delivering presentations and proposals.
• Identify and solicit new business opportunities, assess client needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Estimate pricing, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates, and conduct sales transactions.
• Provide post‑sale support, consulting with clients and resolving product or service issues.
• Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitor activity to keep information up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Strong client focus with excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Team player with flexibility, initiative and a positive attitude.
