Technical Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Oakville. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring top technical talent to support our growing engineering and IT functions.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize job boards, social media, networking and Boolean search techniques to identify qualified technical candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates' technical skills.
• Lead in‑depth technical interviews and assessments to determine fit for specific roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies that meet hiring targets and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies and recruitment procedures.
• Track recruitment metrics, report progress to stakeholders and suggest process improvements.
• Leverage ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter to manage pipelines and streamline sourcing.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to work onsite at our Oakville office.
• Availability to work standard hours from 10 am to 5 pm.
