Technical QA Manager

About the role

Lumerate is seeking a Technical QA Manager to lead quality assurance activities for its AI‑powered medical innovation platform. The role combines hands‑on test automation, CI/CD stewardship, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Create and verify UAT test plans and execute systematic bug triage across the stack.
• Maintain and monitor CI/CD pipelines and manage staging environments, including data extracts and versioning.
• Support engineering teams by clarifying technical constraints and bridging communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Manage test automation frameworks and ensure reliable test execution.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Comfortable reading and navigating application code (Ruby, Python, JavaScript) and test suites to identify edge cases.
• Excellent communication skills with both engineers and business stakeholders.

Required skills
