Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead multiple software initiatives in a fast‑paced, global environment. The role focuses on coordinating maintenance‑mode projects, resolving issues, aligning stakeholders, and tracking delivery across distributed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with global teams to manage and deliver software programs across several regions.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for 2–3 concurrent projects.
• Facilitate meetings between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates, weekly reports, and presentations.
• Track and manage risks, issues, and escalations, proactively removing blockers.
• Support ongoing initiatives such as bug fixes, customer issues, QA coordination, and technical‑debt tracking.
• Ensure teams have clear requirements, direction, and resources to meet project goals.
• Maintain transparency on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and support implementation.
• Apply SDLC best practices, primarily within a Waterfall environment with some Agile/Scrum exposure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in software delivery.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working with distributed or global teams.
• Preferred: background in software engineering, experience with cloud platforms, and familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
