Technical Lead – Agentic AI Platforms

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Lead to shape and scale the next generation of agentic AI solutions. This hands‑on leadership position will drive technical direction for AI‑enabled platforms built on AWS and/or Azure, working closely with internal teams and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and technical direction of agentic AI solutions, including orchestration patterns, multi‑step workflows, reasoning loops, tool use and human‑in‑the‑loop controls.
• Define architecture patterns and engineering standards for AI‑enabled applications on AWS and/or Azure, ensuring scalability, resilience, observability and governance.
• Guide cloud‑native solution design across identity, security, integration, data access, model consumption and deployment practices.
• Provide technical direction to distributed engineering teams and implementation partners, reviewing architectures and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with business, product, technology and operations stakeholders to identify high‑value use cases, translate needs into technical approaches and support business cases.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in cloud architecture and AI‑enabled system design.
• Strong background in enterprise integration and delivering large‑scale technical solutions.
• Ability to quickly understand business context and translate it into scalable technical implementations.
• Excellent communication skills to work across internal teams and strategic partners.
