Technical Consultant II/III – SaaS Solutions for Financial Institutions

About the role

Zafin is an AI platform helping regulated financial institutions modernize product, pricing, billing and workflow solutions. As a Technical Consultant II/III you will design, configure, develop and implement Zafin SaaS solutions for banking clients, translating business requirements into scalable technical implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver implementation workstreams across product, pricing, billing, offers, eligibility, approvals, reporting, integrations and automation.
• Translate client requirements into solution designs, data mappings, interface specifications and test plans.
• Configure, customize and develop backend, frontend, API, integration, reporting and workflow components.
• Design and implement APIs, file transformations, validation rules, error handling and reconciliation logic.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues across application logic, databases, APIs, batch jobs and deployments.
• Lead client workshops, technical demos, defect triage, delivery checkpoints and risk tracking.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute reusable accelerators and best‑practice documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting or enterprise SaaS implementation.
• Strong experience delivering configurable enterprise or SaaS solutions in client environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Python, J2EE, Maven, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Extensive database experience with PostgreSQL and SQL, including data analysis and troubleshooting.
