About the role
We are seeking a Technical Consultant to act as an AI Trainer, joining DataAnnotation’s coding team. You will work remotely from Canada, collaborating with a community of over 100,000 engineers to create, solve, and evaluate coding challenges that help improve state‑of‑the‑art AI models.
Key responsibilities
- Design and present coding challenges for AI chatbots.
- Assess AI‑generated code for correctness, performance, and quality.
- Develop and solve programming problems, build functional applications, and generate insights through data analysis and visualization.
- Provide feedback that refines intelligent systems’ learning and adaptation.
Required profile
- Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.
- Strong written communication and grammar skills.
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
- Prior experience as a Software Developer, Programmer, or Technical Consultant.
- Residency in Canada.
