Join our team as a Team Member at Tim Hortons, where guest satisfaction is the top priority. Whether you are the first friendly face a guest sees or you are preparing beloved bakery items, you will create exceptional experiences for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with hospitality, often being the first point of contact for their day.
• Take and prepare guest orders, including coffees, Iced Capps®, donuts, sandwiches and wraps.
• Create delicious bakery items and sandwiches while following Tim Hortons’ standards and product guidelines.
• Operate and maintain equipment according to operating procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain a fun and positive atmosphere to make guests’ day enjoyable.
