Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Kenny U-Pull is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team and support hiring across its network of auto‑recycling locations in Eastern Canada. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build pipelines of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Conduct market mapping, direct outreach, and candidate engagement to develop talent pools.
• Promote Kenny U-Pull’s culture, values, and employer brand in all candidate interactions.
• Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
• Track recruitment metrics and use data to improve hiring decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
• Proven ability to source talent in competitive markets.
• Strong multitasking skills with experience handling multiple requisitions.
• Demonstrated partnership and influencing skills with hiring managers.
• Solid understanding of recruitment metrics and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with a focus on candidate experience.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English.
• Valid driver’s license.
