Talent Acquisition Manager – Canada

About the role

GHD is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and grow its recruitment function across Canada. You will partner with senior leaders, drive strategic hiring initiatives, and champion inclusive hiring practices while supporting a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing Talent Acquisition team across multiple Canadian locations.
• Advise senior leaders and collaborate with functions and regions to deliver integrated, long‑term talent solutions.
• Provide enterprise training to hiring managers on interviewing, candidate assessment, inclusive hiring, and data‑driven decision making.
• Champion transformation and capability‑building initiatives to accelerate TA performance.
• Anticipate business needs, design solutions, and optimize policies and processes for compliance and scalability.
• Contribute to strategic planning by aligning TA priorities with organizational objectives.
• Promote inclusive recruitment programs that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion across Canada.
