Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

Arbor Memorial is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its Toronto office. The role supports the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficient and compliant hiring processes while delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and operational hiring activities across the recruitment lifecycle.
• Screen resumes and assist with preliminary candidate assessments.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Liaise with hiring managers to schedule interviews and communicate status updates.
• Track recruitment metrics and contribute to workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment practices align with Ontario employment legislation and HRPA professional standards.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
• Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation (ESA, Human Rights Code, AODA) and HRPA standards.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Required skills

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now ATS (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook.
