Systems Administrator – Full‑time Permanent

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our fast‑paced IT services team. You will support a diverse client base across Canada and internationally, ensuring their infrastructure runs smoothly and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server and desktop environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Exchange Server, Office 365, and related replication technologies.
• Provide tier‑2/3 support for virtualization platforms such as VMWare and Hyper‑V.
• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls (Cisco, Fortigate, SonicWall) and network services including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and SAN.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to internet services, SMTP mail servers, web hosting, and overall system security.
• Deliver remote support to clients and assist with cloud‑based solutions when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on IT support, design, and implementation experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with proven experience in an IT services environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• DNS, DHCP, Bind, SMTP, VPN, SAN, TCP/IP networking.
• Linux system administration (CentOS, Debian, Red Hat, Ubuntu) – preferred.
