System Administrator – IT Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a modern Systems Administrator to support and evolve our core IT infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will ensure secure, scalable, and reliable services while driving automation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server, Active Directory, and related enterprise platforms.
• Manage virtualization, storage, backup systems, and privileged remote‑access solutions.
• Design, deploy, and maintain IP‑camera and endpoint authentication services.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity; plan for growth.
• Support Microsoft Azure IaaS and implement security controls such as firewalls and endpoint protection.
• Participate in security incident response and remediation.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and connectivity issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and procedures.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and the corporate security team.

Required profile

• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Azure and cloud‑based services.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Proven ability to support complex, multi‑system environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
