System Administrator – Intune & Endpoint Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our client’s team in Concord on a long‑term contract. The role focuses on modernising endpoint services, strengthening device security, and delivering reliable user support across a Microsoft‑centric environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Intune – configure devices, enforce compliance, deliver applications, manage Windows Autopilot and updates.
• Support Microsoft Configuration Manager tasks such as OS imaging, software packaging, deployment and patch management.
• Lead endpoint improvement projects to boost performance, security and user experience.
• Provide advanced third‑level support for complex endpoint incidents and escalations.
• Maintain endpoint protection controls and assist with compliance initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and platform standards.
• Evaluate emerging tools and technologies for modernisation and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with service desk, infrastructure and security teams to resolve issues and align practices.
• Participate in occasional after‑hours work for maintenance, upgrades or critical issue resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience with a focus on endpoint administration or engineering.
• Hands‑on experience managing Microsoft Intune in an enterprise setting.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager for deployment and patching.
• Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 administration, Autopilot and Entra ID.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Ability to document technical standards clearly and evaluate new solutions.
