System Administrator I – Wealth Management

About the role

This position is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for an IT professional who wants to work across infrastructure, automation, cloud platforms, and business systems in a fast‑paced wealth management environment. Reporting to the Director of Firm Services, you will gain hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, multi‑platform environments, SaaS integrations, and fintech applications.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Linux, macOS, and Windows workstations and servers.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, licensing, and configurations in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID).
• Provision, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related hardware.
• Support employee onboarding, off‑boarding, and access‑management processes.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, Bash.NET, or C#.
• Implement and support API integrations between SaaS platforms and internal systems.
• Provide responsive technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, and coordinate escalations.
• Monitor system performance, assist with incident response, and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in platform migrations, technology evaluations, security initiatives, and operational improvement projects.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or a related role (including co‑op, internship, or academic experience).
• Experience with API‑based integrations and SaaS application administration.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server.
