System Administrator – Development Tools & Software Environment

About the role

We are looking for a System Administrator focused on Development Tools and Software Environment to ensure the availability and performance of the platforms used by our IT development teams. You will manage the full lifecycle of these tools, support developers, and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative, growth‑focused organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain development and testing tools and platforms, guaranteeing high availability.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of tools – acquisition, deployment, configuration, upgrades, renewals and retirement.
• Oversee software license inventory and optimize usage in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support to development teams, handling incidents and service requests.
• Evaluate new tooling, automate administrative tasks, and recommend enhancements to the tooling ecosystem.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in systems or development‑tools administration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within multidisciplinary Scrum teams.
• Understanding of Lean/Agile principles, SDLC, DevOps/DevSecOps and ITIL practices.
