Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement and supply‑chain operations for a portfolio of large, technically complex projects. This senior leadership position will shape sourcing strategies, drive supplier performance, and ensure the seamless delivery of equipment, materials, and subcontracted services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing Supply Chain team, fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Design and execute procurement strategies aligned with project requirements, market conditions and business objectives.
• Oversee sourcing, purchasing, subcontracting, supplier management and materials planning activities.
• Negotiate major supplier and subcontract agreements and monitor performance metrics such as quality, delivery and cost.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and supply‑chain risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives, implement digital tools, automation and data‑analytics to enhance efficiency.
• Develop reporting tools, dashboards and performance metrics that provide actionable business insights.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive experience in supply‑chain management, procurement, sourcing, contracts or commercial management.
• Proven track record of leading large teams and delivering results on complex, high‑value projects.
• Strong ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and industry partners.
• Excellent commercial acumen with experience managing risk, budgets and schedules.
