Supply Chain Manager – Amazon USA Private Label (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to lead operations for a fast‑growing Amazon private‑label business serving the U.S. market. This remote, EST‑based position blends strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, ensuring seamless end‑to‑end supply chain performance from Chinese suppliers to Amazon FBA warehouses.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including inbound logistics, customs clearance, freight forwarding and 3PL coordination.
• Monitor inventory levels across Amazon FBA and third‑party warehouses to prevent stockouts and excess stock.
• Develop seasonal forecasting and replenishment plans aligned with demand trends.
• Manage Amazon Seller Central account health, resolve policy violations, IP complaints and compliance issues.
• Coordinate inventory planning with PPC and marketing teams, and track product listings and rankings.
• Source, negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Lead, mentor and set KPIs for a small operations team, driving continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon operations, supply chain, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA, Seller Central and 3PL processes.
• Proven experience managing China‑to‑USA supply chains.
• Demonstrated ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands‑on problem solving.
