Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role
The Supply Chain Coordinator supports daily operations across inventory, logistics, production, and purchasing. You will ensure ERP data accuracy, coordinate shipments, and help drive process improvements across multiple facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Support inventory control and maintain accurate ERP data.
- Coordinate shipments, transfers, and freight bookings.
- Assist with purchasing follow‑up and vendor communication.
- Support production scheduling and manage operational paperwork.
- Help maintain operational KPIs and generate related reports.
- Assist with cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain operational documentation and procedures.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to operations leadership.
Required profile
- Post‑secondary education in supply chain, operations, business or a related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Comfortable working with Excel and ERP/software systems.
- Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced operational environment.
- 0–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, inventory, or administrative support.
