About the role
The Reservations Supervisor ensures smooth coordination of reservation activities in a rural hotel environment. Reporting to management, you will oversee daily operations, support guests with special needs, and maintain high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate reservation activities with other departments and work units.
- Perform the same duties as the staff you supervise to ensure coverage.
- Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
- Assist clients and guests with special needs, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Assign, review, and monitor work assignments for the reservations team.
- Train new team members and support ongoing staff development.
