Supervisor - Part-Time

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the Ottawa Train Yards store team. You will work closely with store management to drive sales, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment.
• Support the leadership team in achieving store goals.

Required profile

• Strong people skills; able to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Compliance with Levi’s® store policies, procedures, and programs.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance targets.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
