Supervisor, Operations (Day Shift)

About the role

Airbus is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join the A220 commercial aircraft program team in Mirabel, Quebec. You will lead a day‑shift team in a dynamic manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality and on‑time delivery while fostering collaboration and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership aligned with Airbus values and vision.
• Work under pressure and motivate the team to meet strict deadlines.
• Manage team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee workload and individual performance of unionized employees.
• Drive continuous improvement through problem‑solving processes.
• Coach and develop a team of 15‑25 employees.
• Identify, document and standardise critical processes to achieve objectives.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best‑practice dissemination across the organisation.

Required profile

• Professional or college diploma.
• Proven experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and handle high‑pressure situations.
