Stucco Plasterer – Permanent Full‑Time Position

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Stucco Plasterer to join our team in Calgary. This permanent full‑time position involves working on various construction sites to apply and finish plaster and stucco surfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster on walls and ceilings.
• Clean and prepare surfaces, finish corners and angles, and create decorative designs when required.
• Mix plaster ingredients to achieve the desired consistency.
• Install ornamental plaster panels, cornices and trim.
• Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings.
• Trowel or spray stucco on building exteriors to form weather‑proof surfaces.
• Prepare wall and ceiling layouts and work at heights using scaffolding or swing stages.
• Smooth out excess compound and allow the coat to dry.
• Work in dusty outdoor environments and handle heavy loads up to 23 kg.

Required profile

• Client‑focused with excellent oral communication.
• Team player able to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Physically capable of bending, crouching, kneeling and handling loads up to 23 kg.
• Able to work in dusty outdoor environments.
• Comfortable with physically demanding, repetitive tasks.

Required skills
