Stucco Plasterer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Stucco Plasterer to join our team in Calgary. The role involves applying, leveling and finishing plaster and stucco on both interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring high‑quality, weather‑proof finishes.

Key responsibilities

• Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster on walls and ceilings.
• Mix plaster ingredients to achieve the required consistency.
• Prepare and clean surfaces before application.
• Install ornamental plaster panels, cornices and trim.
• Spray acoustic or texture materials where required.
• Trowel or spray stucco on building exteriors to create weather‑proof surfaces.
• Work at heights using scaffolding or swing stages.
• Maintain clean and safe work sites in dusty, outdoor environments.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• Ability to work physically demanding tasks, including bending, crouching, kneeling and handling loads up to 23 kg.
• Client‑focused attitude with strong oral communication.
• Team player able to meet tight deadlines.
