About the role
RIMK Industries is seeking a qualified Structural Ironworker to join its team in Calgary. The position involves working outdoors on construction sites, often at heights, and requires a strong focus on safety and detail.
Key responsibilities
- Perform structural ironwork tasks on outdoor construction sites, including work at heights.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, wearing required personal protective equipment such as steel‑toed boots and a hard hat.
- Meet tight project deadlines, including overtime when necessary.
- Maintain high attention to detail while installing and assembling steel components.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an ironworker.
- Ironworker Trade Certification and Red Seal Certificate.
- Bondable status with successful criminal record check, drug test, and driver’s licence verification.
- Valid driver’s licence and own transportation.
- Ability to work physically demanding tasks and handle tight deadlines.
