Strategy Consultant (MBB) – AI Training – Remote

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a former consultant from a top‑tier firm, you will design realistic project scenarios and evaluation frameworks that help AI agents learn high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design discrete consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimization, growth strategy) that mimic real consulting work for AI training.
• Develop grading rubrics, evaluation criteria, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based assessment system.
• Collaborate remotely with a team of ex‑consultants to ensure methodological rigor and relevance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial or market models, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Experience creating financial models, market analyses, and synthesis documents.
