Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced strategy consultant to help design and evaluate AI training environments. This remote, project‑based role focuses on translating real consulting engagements into structured tasks that teach advanced AI systems high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesizing findings from messy inputs.
• Track record delivering client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines and defending them under uncertainty.
