Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help shape AI learning environments. You will translate real consulting engagements into structured, domain‑specific tasks that train and evaluate advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.
• Collaborate remotely with a team of former MBB consultants to ensure high‑quality, client‑ready deliverables.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and produce client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
• No deep technical background required; lightweight tool onboarding will be provided.
