Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation (Freelance, Remote)

About the role
We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help shape AI learning environments. In this freelance, remote position you will translate real consulting engagements into structured tasks and evaluation frameworks for advanced language models.
Key responsibilities
- Build realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
- Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
- Define grading rubrics, evaluation criteria, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.
Required profile
- 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at a top‑tier strategy firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
- Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesising findings from messy inputs.
- Track record of delivering client‑ready recommendations under time pressure and defending them in uncertain situations.
- No deep technical background required; onboarding on lightweight tools will be provided.
