Strategic Projects Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Projects Lead to drive data‑driven go‑to‑market strategies across sales and marketing. The role partners with cross‑functional teams to identify growth opportunities, lead strategic initiatives and translate insights into actionable business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining short, mid‑term and long‑term strategic objectives for the organization.
• Develop, propose and coordinate sales and marketing strategy initiatives for various market segments.
• Use Salesforce.com to track strategy initiatives, leads, opportunities and sales activities.
• Identify, analyze and monitor issues affecting profitability, growth and productivity.
• Analyze market research to evaluate product/market requirements and generate new business opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate strategy projects across segments and divisions, including implementation plans and timelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholder groups, ensuring clear communication throughout projects.
• Acquire knowledge of internal and competitive offerings, products, pricing and solutions.

Required profile

• Consulting experience with a focus on strategy and business analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, strong time‑management skills and ability to work autonomously.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, charts and graphs).
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
• Experience using AI tools for analysis.
• Proficiency with Tableau for data visualization.
