Store & Warehouse Associate

About the role

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our first ever Vancouver storefront as a Store & Warehouse Associate. We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing team player who can multitask and be cross‑trained to work both on the sales floor and in the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities on the sales floor.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain merchandise displays, restock shelves, and ensure products are properly labeled and visually appealing.
• Keep the store clean and organized to provide a safe shopping environment.
• Audit and pack customer orders accurately for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all safety protocols.
• Receive, verify, and record incoming shipments.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain appropriate stock levels.

Required profile

• Customer‑obsessed with strong rapport‑building skills.
• Eager to learn product knowledge and apply it on the sales floor.
• Tech‑savvy and able to quickly learn new POS and warehouse systems.
• Highly adaptable, detail‑oriented, and organized.
• Positive attitude, punctual, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Inventory management and stock reconciliation.
