Store Manager – Yorkdale, Toronto

About the role

AMI is seeking a Store Manager for its Yorkdale location in Toronto. Reporting to the North America Retail Director, you will lead the store team, drive sales, and ensure an engaging client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop a high‑performing team while managing schedules to maximise profitability.
• Monitor and optimise key performance indicators such as conversion rate, units per transaction and average ticket value.
• Provide daily sales reports to the Retail Director and collaborate with the merchandising team on customer insights.
• Source new clients, nurture long‑term relationships, and organise in‑store events and stylist programs.
• Maintain store presentation, oversee inventory, handle cash registers and support visual merchandising.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or designer clothing.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills, dynamic attitude and customer‑service focus.
• Passion for fashion and solid understanding of the luxury market.
• Second language proficiency is a plus.
