Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Psycho Bunny boutique at Toronto Premium Outlets. Reporting to the District Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional guest experience and managing the store’s profit and loss.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a diverse team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure the store’s presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
• Analyze customer data and buying trends to enhance clienteling and omnichannel services.
• Plan and execute quarterly and annual business strategies, budgeting and expense control.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, staffing schedules and compliance with policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of retail store management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused selling mindset.
