About the role
We are seeking a proactive Store Manager to lead daily operations at our retail location in Chalk River. The role involves overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and plan daily store operations.
- Organize staff schedules and assign duties.
- Analyze market research and trends to forecast demand and sales.
- Select merchandise and services to be offered.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Plan budgets, monitor revenues, and control expenses.
- Address customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and volunteers.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
