About the role
Quasar Bottle Depot Ltd is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead daily operations of its Edmonton retail location. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth store performance, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales while managing a small team.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, control and evaluate daily store operations.
- Plan, organize and schedule staff shifts and duties.
- Recruit, hire, train and supervise a team of 3‑4 employees.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale.
- Determine staffing needs and adjust resources as required.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages promptly.
- Maintain a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented work environment.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation (high school diploma).
- 2 to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility, strong organization and ability to multitask.
- Team‑player attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Comfort working under pressure in a fast‑moving retail setting.
