Store Manager – Parkway Centre

About the role

Winners is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the Parkway Centre location in Peterborough. You will create an inclusive, high‑energy environment that delivers memorable customer experiences while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations, including merchandise presentation, back‑room, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping and receiving.
• Recruit, train, develop and motivate Associates, acting as a role model and supporting succession planning.
• Implement TJX Canada policies and programs to control expenses, reduce shrink and mitigate risk.
• Analyze store reports, conduct audits and walkthroughs, and lead program meetings with staff.
• Provide recommendations on merchandise mix, inventory levels, and customer demographics to District Manager and Business Development teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience in a high‑volume environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage expenses and lead a large team.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
