Store Manager – Multiple Locations in New Brunswick

About the role

The Store Manager will lead one of MINISO’s retail locations in New Brunswick, overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and representing the brand within the local community. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience while managing a team of 6‑12 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach the store team to achieve monthly sales targets and operational goals.
• Recruit, train, develop, schedule and supervise staff, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Maintain merchandise presentation standards, including planograms, promotional displays and product availability.
• Oversee cash handling, banking deposits, inventory management, loss prevention and workplace safety.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy, markdowns and shrinkage to maximize profitability.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, fully stocked and accurately priced.
• Promote the MINISO brand image in the community and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
• Experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage retail teams.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
