Store Manager – Mayfair Mall

About the role

As a Store Manager at Mayfair Mall, you will lead a passionate team to deliver exceptional eyecare and eyewear experiences, while meeting sales and service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to provide outstanding customer service daily.
• Manage all operational aspects of the store, including inventory, scheduling, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with on‑site Optometrists to grow both clinic and retail revenue.
• Drive store results through coaching, training, and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Previous retail or optics experience in a senior assistant or store manager role.
• Strong passion for creating amazing customer experiences.
• High energy and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing business.
• Proven leadership skills to inspire, train and develop staff.
• Effective time‑management and operational execution without compromising service.
• Team‑oriented mindset to partner with Optometrists and identify growth opportunities.
• Results‑driven attitude with a love for achieving targets.
